Throughout our lives we have different challenges that muddle our understanding of our selves. I can support you to find the self knowledge and strength to move forward in a conscious and thoughtful way.
My personal and professional experiences have curated an interest in identity, grief, epigenetics and how the many facets of culture contributes to our concept of “roots”. I am a compassionate and open person who can be your support through self discovery and healing. My approach to therapy is strength based, curious and person centered.
