About
You are seeking a change in the way you experience yourself, your interactions with others, and your daily life. You may be coping with chronic worry, sad mood, or difficulty at work, school, or home. Simply put, you hope to struggle less and feel better more of the time. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who helps individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma related symptoms, academic/career stress, and interpersonal difficulties. Through the support of psychotherapy, you can build resilience and learn how to engage with life according to what matters most to you.
I use an integrative approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques, which allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. My therapeutic style is open, warm, and curious, with a dash of humor and irreverence.
My primary goals are to create an atmosphere of trust and safety, listen to you with empathy and care, and serve as a compassionate guide on your path to growth and healing. I also offer specific CBT protocols to help alleviate mood, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. To set up an appointment, click the "Become a Client" button on our homepage.
