My primary interest is helping individuals reduce and heal from trauma symptoms, especially developmental trauma. The approaches I use include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) as well as other trauma-informed care. I also may provide Neurofeedback training to assist in anxiety reduction and mood and attention stabilization. If you are struggling with sleep difficulties, panic attacks, flashbacks, and social fears, there is hope in obtaining effective treatment.
Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) can be very effective in reducing attachment-related and other forms of trauma. DBR tends to be a more gentle approach to helping individuals heal from trauma, especially early childhood attachment problems. Neurofeedback can be an additional help in promoting healing.
