I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults struggling with anxiety and OCD. This can show up as constant worry, overthinking, avoidance, reassurance seeking, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break. For teens and adults, this often looks like getting caught in anxious thoughts or second-guessing decisions. For children, it may show up as emotional outbursts, avoidance, or needing frequent reassurance. As a parent, you may feel stuck between wanting to comfort your child and not knowing how to help them move forward. Therapy can help break these patterns and provide clear, effective ways to respond.

In our work together, we focus on building insight and practical skills to navigate emotions, relationships, and behavior patterns more effectively. Sessions are collaborative and designed to translate into real-life change. For children, this includes working closely with parents to support progress at home.

I’m especially skilled at helping clients who are hesitant or unsure about therapy feel comfortable opening up.
