Welcome! My name is Katherine Longley. I'm excited to work with you to build resources, develop skills, and assist you in taking any necessary steps toward achieving your goals. I work with teens and adults, and my style is relational, holistic, empathetic, and collaborative; I believe that you are the expert of your experience. I enjoy working to understand where you're coming from so that we can explore your roadblocks in life together. I use a combination of approaches that will be catered to your individual needs. Give me a call, text, or email to see if we're a good fit!

I believe compassion, understanding, and the therapeutic relationship are valuable as the framework for change. I treat clients who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, substance abuse, codependency, women's issues, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, and trauma.

I am a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor and a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am trained in Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and am a certified SMART Recovery Facilitator. I see clients for individual and group therapy in person, and I work with clients online. I look forward to meeting you!

Katherine Longley's Groups

Women's Process Group

A process group is one in which the main mechanism of change/healing is the interactions between group members. These groups require participants to share about their experiences, perceptions, and feelings in regards to either a specific topic (e.g., relationships) or life in general. This group requires a brief screening appointment prior to joining.
