I am trained in chemical dependency and cooccurring disorders. Often, we use chemical substances, gambling, shopping, and other actions to numb our feelings. I work with trauma, PTSD, grief, anxiety, and codependency. Life without shame, anxiety, and grief can lead to personal freedom. I want to help you find healthy coping skills to improve your life.
