Mindfulness is the hallmark of our practice whereby we incorporate the breath, meditation and yoga along with traditional talk therapy. It's freeing to experience emotions using these and other forms of mindfulness which lead to a higher level of consciousness and changes the way you experience the world. No matter where you start, change is possible!
We offer individual therapy along with support groups and therapy groups. Groups offered now are Parenting & Partnering, Nourish (Mindfulness Group) and our 'Imperfectly Perfect' Teen Group. We are adding a Divorce Care Group for those recently divorced or still in need of support and an Art of Yoga Program for teens ages 13-17.
