You may be someone who has spent years being the dependable one-supporting others, pushing through challenges, and managing more than most people realize. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck after trauma, major life transitions, or prolonged stress. I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, explore the experiences that have shaped them, and gain clarity about what matters most moving forward. My approach is genuine, direct, and collaborative, with room for both difficult conversations and humor along the way.
I help adults navigate trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD in women, and first responder-related concerns. Using DBT, trauma-informed CBT, and a psychodynamic foundation, I help clients understand patterns, build skills, and develop new ways to respond to challenges. I am also trained in CAMS.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you are used to handling things on your own. You don’t need someone to simply tell you everything is okay—you need a therapist who will listen with compassion, be honest when it matters, and help you better understand yourself.
