As a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist for adults and older adults, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and the obstacles that can come with major life transitions. This includes helping people reduce distorted thinking, manage distressing symptoms, improve motivation, increase assertiveness and confidence, strengthen self-image, and build healthier relational patterns.

My path to becoming a therapist began in education, where I realized mental health was fundamental to learning. Volunteering as a mentor at a Texas middle school, I saw firsthand the immense need for support.
