Your journey for personal growth is a unique one. My goal is to help you become your best self. I believe in the importance of self-love, self-care, self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence. I believe in the significance of healthy interpersonal boundaries, the power of curiosity and vulnerability, and how essential it is to live life according to your values. Sometimes you may struggle to know your purpose, your goals, your identity, or trust yourself. It is normal to have mental health issues from time to time, but there is hope! No matter where you are in your journey, I would be honored to be a part of your growth process.
I utilize an eclectic repertoire of therapeutic modalities to best fit your needs. Some of my areas of interest are CBT, ACT, DBT, Gottman Method for couples counseling, and narrative therapy. I work with clients from all backgrounds with a focus on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, and trauma.
I would be honored to listen to your story and help you build better chapters for the future. Please feel free to reach out to see if we have a good therapeutic fit.
