Helping others realize their dreams, heal their lives, and create change are just some of the places where I find beauty in the counseling process. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families in the midst of their journeys towards marriage, family growth and dealing with issues including general life changes, premarital counseling, marriage concerns, relationship issues, infertility, postpartum depression, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, OCD, adjustment, trauma, child birth trauma, and parenting. My goals in practice are to be present, witness, facilitate, and provide guidance through these changes in an effort to create the relationships you desire.

I am a daughter, sister, friend, wife and mother to a sweet boy who works full time. Because of these relationships and the life experiences that come with them I am able to provide insight, in addition to clinical knowledge, into some of the things you may be experiencing.
