If you are a busy professional, entrepreneur, or graduate student interested in working with a culturally competent Psychologist and READY to bring YOUR well-being, your relationships, and your self-confidence Into Focus, we may be a good fit! I am accepting new clients & offer sessions BOTH in-person (in Carrollwood) and virtually Monday through Friday from 9AM to 3PM. I accept private-pay clients and several major health insurances (see below). Hablo español
I encourage my clients to try out new and/or healthier ways to manage and relieve stress, so they can reduce emotional exhaustion. I also help my clients communicate expectations, needs, and wants more effectively to others. I also enjoy supporting my clients while they adjust to new roles and responsibilities as they cope with challenging circumstances.
