I work exclusively with adults who live in FL and are looking for individual psychotherapy via telehealth. My clients tend to be professionals, entrepreneurs and young adults who are interested in finding work-life (or school-life) balance, having more meaningful interactions and fulfilling relationships with others, and adjusting to ongoing changes and/or life events (e.g., unexpected losses, cohabitation, marriage, death of a loved one, becoming a parent, among others). I also work with clients experiencing distress in one or more of their interpersonal relationships who want a safe space to explore feelings & think about options.
I encourage my clients to try new and/or healthy ways to manage & relieve stress so they can reduce emotional exhaustion & prevent burnout. I also help clients learn how to communicate expectations, needs & wants more effectively to others. I also support my clients while they adjust to new roles & responsibilities and cope with challenging circumstances.
