I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of experience working with individuals in the mental health field. I have particular expertise working with people aged 15 and older who face multiple mental health concerns or substance use challenges. I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals from all walks of life. No matter what you are going through, I believe that therapy can foster healing and promote positive and healthy change. My counseling experience has primarily focused on teenagers and adults dealing with trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2016. My therapeutic style is down-to-earth, practical, and collaborative. I use evidence-based modalities such as DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and CBT, while maintaining a strengths-based perspective with all of my clients.
