I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are going through life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and the like. I take a client-centered and narrative approach so that therapy feels tailored to you.
My approach varies depending on my clients' needs. I most frequently use client-centered and narrative approaches, and sprinkle in other modalities tailored to you, such as family, feminism, CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and trauma-informed therapies. This helps to develop a unique foundation to create growth from wherever you are at the moment.
My approach is best suited for individuals, teens, couples, families, who may be experiencing any symptoms of depression and anxiety related to trauma, life transitions, grief, relationships, substance use, women's issues, and parenting. I work in helping clients identify emotions and increase insight into their own personal experiences, and grow.
