I have worked with a diverse array of clients across lines of identity, ability, and presenting challenges. I often treat individuals experiencing challenges with stress, adjustments to change, interpersonal relationships, depression, or ADHD. I also support clients navigating substance use, developmental and neurological differences, sexuality and gender identity exploration, trauma, or a search for meaning in life.
Therapy with me is tailored to you! I take time to learn who you are, what you value, what you want your life to look like, and what has and hasn't helped so far. I’m passionate about empowering my clients to give voice to their internal experiences, find stability, define their own life’s values, and live them out in meaningful ways.
I acknowledge the many ways our larger society and the systems we live in exacerbate mental health hardships. Given the high pressure, hurried, achievement-driven dominant culture many of us contend with, I understand it can feel impossible to find your way without help.
