Are you searching for a warm and safe place, a safe person with whom you can share your story? In my practice, my goal is to create that space for you, to hold that space for you in each session so that you can bring all that has been weighing you down and together we can lift the burden. I am more than happy to help you find that space in person or over video therapy if that is more comfortable for you. I offer warmth, caring, and clinical expertise gained through extensive training from my grad program at Columbia University and postgraduate training at the Center for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of NJ.
Often, when we are in our hardest times, it is easy to imagine that we can't be understood, cared for, or helped. Shame, fear, and anxiety can create barriers to seeking help at all. I want to assure you that you can be seen and heard with compassion, without judgement or minimization. It might be hard to see now, but there is a path forward for you.
