As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor, I have many years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, family struggles, loss, and low self-esteem. Therapy is a safe space where these difficulties can be explored and an individual path to wellness can be created.
I have had the privilege of spending more than 15 years working to support individuals in a multitude of settings which included inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities. These opportunities have allowed me to gain experience in the many paths that can lead to wellness. As a therapist I work with individuals to determine what their unique path is.
