I believe that therapy is most effective when the therapist and client have a good working relationship. It is very important to me to provide a warm, safe and open climate where we can work well together. I strive to listen carefully to the needs of each of my clients. Together we will set goals and work toward them. I choose methods based on what I feel will be most effective for each individual. I incorporate strengths and resources a person currently possesses, as well as helping to identify new sources of support.
I offer individual and family counseling. I work with children, adolescents, adults and offer parenting support. In addition, I conduct personality assessments and may suggest an assessment in order to clarify a diagnosis.
