My desire is to help you reach your goals, manage sexual issues, and improve your relationships using talk therapy, a nonjudgmental stance, and humor. Sex therapy is TALK therapy centered on the intimate thoughts, behaviors, patterns, and history of your sex life. Sex therapy has no exams, no nudity, and no sexual contact. Everyone is a sexual being and everyone has sexual problems at some point in their life. You are not alone and I can help. I can help untangle sexual problems at their core~ from childhood misunderstandings to sexual technique to adult romantic connection problems. www.goodsexthersapy.com
I do not have a magic wand but what I do have are tools and professional experience. I also have an ability to connect with most people which is vital to the success of therapy.
Originally licensed in Virginia, I worked in Blacksburg for 11 years as a therapist. My belief in life and in therapy is that we should strive to settle for more. People describe me as funny and real. My husband and I moved to Raleigh in 2014 and together we have four grown children.
