As a licensed counselor, my hope for my clients is for them to know their value and purpose. I believe counseling is a beautiful resource for those who desire to know and care for themselves better. I strive in every counseling session to honor every client’s uniqueness and strengths, as I believe it takes a tremendous amount of courage and vulnerability to show up to counseling. Whether you are experiencing difficult circumstances, want to understand yourself better, or have specific goals to work on, I aim to join with you to build hope, compassion, and resiliency.

I am certified in EMDR Therapy, an evidence-based therapy that allows clients to heal by reprocessing unaddressed emotions, leading to greater clarity and emotional regulation. I also have training in Internal Systems Therapy, a transformative approach that addresses the various “parts” of ourselves.

In my counseling practice, I take a person-centered approach, which means I prioritize building a strong, collaborative relationship with you. I believe that therapy works best when we are partners in the healing process, and my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
