This in-person group gathers every Saturday from 10am to 11:30am. The purpose for this group is to learn how to decode the hidden tactics of abuse and free yourself from its power. It is intended for women in a distressful relationship and women who have come out of distressful relationship asking "what happened & how do I protect myself going forward".
