I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate supervised by Angela Hardin, LPC-S. I have over four years of experience providing mental health services to a variety of clients, including adults struggling with substance abuse, children and adolescents in the foster care system, and those managing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. I am passionate about helping clients address underlying issues and walking alongside them as they seek healing and growth. I am equipped to work with clients struggling with mood disorders, life transitions, low self-esteem, and trauma symptoms.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University, where I also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. At my core, I am person-centered and incorporate strengths and mindfulness-based practices, along with internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy (SFT).

The thought of going to therapy can be overwhelming, and finding the right person to connect with can be just as tough. My intention is to provide you with a safe place to explore and unravel your unique life experiences, welcoming insight and action.
