I also have experience working with coping with life changes and parenting issues. In my practice, I have worked with families, individuals, and children/teens. As a woman of color, I especially find it deeply rewarding to work with female BIPOC children, adolescents, and adults. I create a strong relationship with my clients by giving them an environment where all of their feelings are welcome.
I believe that the most healing part of therapy comes from the formation of a strong therapeutic relationship. Your experience and goals are my primary focus. In my practice, I primarily use a Humanistic approach to focus on you as a whole person and draw on your innate ability to grow and feel happy, as well as a Psychodynamic approach to explore your past
