I use research-base approaches such as CBT, ACT, Trauma-focused, DBT, Moral Reconation and more. My experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, and healing from abuse, are helpful for you to gain empowerment, set boundaries, and let go of toxicity. There are many concepts, tools, and techniques that are simple to use and provide profound growth and relief.
Distress feels overwhelming and confusing, which makes help seem more difficult to find. Relief is usually closer than you think. I'm here to help you navigate through life as you learn to understand your emotions, reactions, overcome triggers, and build a life you are happy in.
