I can help you process these emotions in a safe place. I can help you process your grief over the loss of a loved one, a job, a pregnancy, a relationship, or the loss of what the future was supposed to look like.

I am a good listener and will always encourage you, and never judge. I will help you learn to identify and challenge the subconscious thoughts and fears that hold you back from meeting your goals. My specialties include therapy for grief, adjusting to major life changes and losses, and anxiety. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, and trauma-informed.
