I am a generalist, meaning I working with a range of diagnoses including but not limited to anxiety, depressive disorders, addiction, and ADHD. Anxiety and resolving trauma are specialty areas. Therapeutic work tends to emphasize supporting clients to establish healthy boundaries, heal old wounds and connect with and build their existing healthy behaviors.
