I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counselor Educator who enjoys working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate crises, life transitions, and the challenges of growing into themselves. Additionally, I work with Parents and older adults in their own periods of life transitions, and have experience supporting clients with family and relational concerns, career exploration, self-esteem, and personal development. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and respectful, so I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful choices for their lives.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and grounded in choice reality theory. I meet clients where they are, focus on strengths, and collaborate on practical strategies aligned with their goals and values. I support clients in building insight, confidence, and momentum toward meaningful change.
