I have been helping individuals and couples address anxiety, ADHD, depression, infidelity, and trauma for the past decade. When you're in the thick of it and trying to untangle your emotions and thoughts while trying to balance your day to day responsibilities it can be utterly exhausting. In our work together I can help you gain insight into your problems, create a plan on how to tackle the issue for yourself or the relationship, and starting making the necessary changes to improve your wellbeing. I offer evening appointments in order to reduce the need to find time out of your busy schedule during the day.
I serve clients in Georgia and Pennsylvania via telehealth. Allowing you and your loved ones to seek therapy from the comfort of your own home. I serve individuals and couples looking to improve their existing relationships, address infidelity, set boundaries, change their conflict patterns, and foster individual growth.
