I am a bilingual therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children and families of diverse populations. I focus on the stages of development, social interactions, and how it can have an impact on daily functioning. I focus on issues like school, relationships, family systems, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem/identity, and anxiety and depression. My goal is to help my clients gain skills to thrive rather than just survive.
I offer guidance and expertise on issues that impact children/adolescents, young adults, and their parents, including anxiety, depression, trauma, fear, relationship issues, life changes, and parenting. I also have an expertise in perinatal mental health and can address issues of concern during pregnancy and postpartum. I can help at all stages.
