These are difficult times and we all need a safe place to express our feelings. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker. My mission is to aid clients in supportive theraputic interaction. I have been practicing in the field of Social Work since 1996. Having experience in the different facets of Social Work has allowed me to provide service to a vast population, as well as increased my knowledge and understanding of the challenges my clients face. My approach to therapy is primarily Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focued.
During this time of widespread concern in our community it's important to maintain ones own mental health. Research shows that Telehealth can be just as effective as in-person appointments. I use multiple platforms to meet each clients needs for privacy and comfort.
