Hello, I'm a licensed Psychologist and have been practicing Central NY for over 20 years. I tailor therapy to each person emphasizing insight, understanding, changing thinking and behavior for life improvement. I focus with adults who are managing: stress, life changes, anger, loss, anxiety, worry, panic, depression, trauma, crisis events, relationship issues, or making life decisions. Speciality approaches: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for individuals who have experienced distressing events, trauma, or if you feel stuck in a particular way of thinking that is holding you back. Certified in Memory Assessment (MoCA) screening for individuals noticing memory changes.
My practice offers privacy, and is welcoming and comfortable. Ample parking and very easy access to my office. I am convenient to East Syracuse, Manlius, Minoa, Fayetteville, Dewitt, Jamesville, Canastota and Chittenango, as well as the greater Syracuse area.
