With over 30 years of clinical experience, I provide individual psychotherapy that is collaborative and affirming. I use an integrated therapeutic approach that draws upon evidence-based treatment interventions and creative modalities tailored to each client. I see clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adolescent/parent/family conflicts, separation, personal concerns and life transitions. you can work to identify patterns, develop coping strategies, discover strengths, find solutions, and gain a deeper sense of wholeness and well-being.
I have available tele-health sessions 10am to 7pm weekdays & Saturdays
I have provided individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults and seniors in Residential Recovery Programs, Inpatient Hospitals and Outpatient Clinics. I am a trained Family Therapist with a BA in Art ED who is knowledgeable in substance abuse, codependency, trauma informed care, art, play and expressive therapies.
In addition to my clinical skills, I have a zest for life and genuinely enjoy encouraging others. I am an advocate for equality, LGBTQ+ individuals, and survivors of illness.
