Let's forge a new direction for you by resolving distress and finding meaning. I have two decades of experience in mental health. I particularly enjoy working with individuals amidst life transitions: whether you are coming into adulthood, in or out of relationships, having children, middle age, perimenopause/menopause, or stepping into your third act. My approach is direct, holistic, eclectic, and practical. I particularly enjoy working with other mental health professionals, attorneys, veterans, law enforcement, and healthcare professionals.
My treatment specialties include perinatal and postpartum disorders (including considerations for infertility, miscarriage, intrusive thoughts, trauma, and grief), veteran's issues, twin dynamics, chronic illness, personality disorders, psychosis, criminal justice, neurodivergence, and existentialism. I am also a registered art therapist.
