I am passionate about helping my clients empower themselves by fostering resiliency, navigating life transitions, and overcoming emotional distress. We may use art therapy as a tool to bridge the emotional and creative processes while facilitating self-awareness and expression. I am also dedicated to assisting clients throughout the perinatal and postpartum stages to include infertility, birth trauma, and related grief and loss issues. Lastly, I have forensic experience that enables me to provide competency restorative services and assist family members of those involved in the justice and correctional systems.
I have experience with a breadth of populations from children to elders and within multiple levels of care from community work to inpatient forensic unit services. My foundation is in art therapy and I am certified to treat perinatal and postpartum disorders. I have a particular focus in women's issues and empowerment.
