My approach is collaborative and grounded in close listening – to what’s said and what lies beneath the surface. Together, we explore the thoughts, feelings, and past experiences shaping how you relate to others. I also pay attention to what unfolds between us, as these patterns often mirror your relationships and can become a powerful place for change.

With couples, I take a more active role in helping you slow down entrenched dynamics, communicate more clearly and understand what’s underneath conflict. Learning & Process Group for Newer Therapists

This virtual group is for newer therapists who want to deepen their clinical thinking, feel less isolated, obtain CE credits, and grow within a supportive community. It integrates learning, peer supervision, and here-and-now group process. Members will share clinical material, give and receive feedback, and support one another while exploring the relational dynamics that arise within the group. We’ll look closely at transference / countertransference, dreams, and interpersonal patterns shaping clinical work and the group experience. Members must be within first five years as therapists, actively seeing patients, and graduates of an accredited clinical program. Starts April 28!
