I provide individual therapy, to adolescents and adults, as well as couples and family therapy. I believe that the focus of therapy is the achievement of insight and both intra- and inter-personal growth. This means different things to different people and families, so I actively involve you in the direction of your therapy and will check in often to make sure that your needs are being met. I trained as a generalist and pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including interpersonal process, insight-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral.

There is no charge for the initial phone consultation in order to provide an opportunity for both me and my clients to determine goodness of fit.
