I welcome working with people who realize they are having certain difficulties navigating life because of a struggle with feelings, behaviors and thoughts. The awareness of the struggle is the most important first step that we revisit throughout therapy until you can make peace within. You can become skilled at releasing attachments to the patterns that plague you. My specialty is helping those having difficulties with their own feelings, thoughts and behaviors, relationships as a result of trauma, being newly clean & sober, or because of a chronic physical or mental illness such as OCD or ADHD.
