With over five years of experience, I began my career with supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and complex trauma. My journey started in local non-profits, walking alongside individuals as they navigated some of the most painful and overwhelming parts of their healing. That early experience shaped the heart of my approach—showing up with steadiness, compassion, and the belief that healing is always possible, even when it feels out of reach.
I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients can feel seen, heard, and valued. I am LGBTQ+ allied and committed to providing inclusive, respectful care to all identities and experiences. While I approach therapy with deep empathy and kindness, I also believe in the power of humor as a tool for connection and resilience.
