I work with individuals ready for deeper healing, especially those navigating trauma from sexual abuse, domestic violence, and religious harm. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and grounded in a social justice perspective, honoring how identity and lived experience shape healing. I help you understand why you feel the way you do, and how to change it. I specialize in trauma, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, and religious harm, as well as identity and relationship patterns. Using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR and Sand Tray therapy, I help you process your past and build healthier ways of coping and living.
