My work is grounded in creating a space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself away, or minimize your pain. I work with children, adolescents and adults. Helping individuals with Anxiety and Depression that won't quit, relationships that feel draining, unresolved family dynamics, trauma that still shows up in the body, or a constant sense of pressure to do more or be better. Many of my clients are tired of over functioning and want relief that lasts.

Not only is it about treating the symptoms but it is about nurturing growth within you. I blend evidence-based therapies with a holistic, client-centered approach that considers your unique experiences, strengths and aspirations.
