includes pregnant and postpartum people and their partners, individuals in a helping
profession, and those supporting family members with ongoing
medical needs. These chapters of life can come with chronic
stress, uncertainty, and ongoing demands. I’m here to support
you through the ups and downs. We can celebrate your wins and create a plan to manage the struggles. I work to balance warm, empathetic
listening with skill building. I hope you leave our time
