Allow yourself to experience changes through the seasons of life! As a counselor, it is my delight to come alongside clients and encourage them to transition through life's challenges. I believe that people can transform, weather the storms of life, and gain tools and insights to help them do so. I provide a safe environment, filled with compassion and empathy, in which clients can share their hearts, their fears, their dreams, and their stories.
My goal is to see couples, individuals, and adolescents grow, experience a sense of hope, change, and healing. My approach is holistic, in that I consider a client's needs mentally, physically, and spiritually. I also enjoy seeing the encouragement clients experience through the transformation, which can be facilitated by our professional counseling relationship.
I counsel those who have been abused, suffered trauma, chronic pain, illnesses, relationship issues, boundaries, low self-esteem, anger, depression, and anxiety. I graduated from Multnomah University, receiving a Master's of Arts in Counseling and the Academic Recognition award. It is with this same excellence that I help clients meet life's challenging situations.
