I became a therapist after entering therapy myself at age 22. I understand how important it is to have someone to talk with when things get difficult. Many people come in not knowing what to expect and can have some anxiety regarding opening up about themselves. We will go at the pace you are comfortable with, respecting your boundaries and setting goals for treatment. My specialty areas are trauma including military and combat trauma, ADD, substance misuse, depression and anxiety.
I use multiple treatment methods to help with changes you would like to make. Together we will create a plan to achieve your goals and improve overall health and wellbeing. I have been a therapist for over 32 years obtaining a degree from Fordham University in 1995.
