Trauma & eating disorders both have a way of making us feel alone, and unable to see a future free from the aftermath of these experiences. We often start to identify ourselves as these problems, but those things are separate. Whoever you are, whatever your journey of life may have been thus far, you can recover. It is important to remember that recovery is not linear, and that no matter where you are starting, you are here, and taking this step to embark on this journey towards healing, and recovery. My hope is to provide an empathetic safe space for you to work towards your goals, and to finding your true authentic self.
My focus is on sexual trauma and eating disorder recovery, as well as pregnancy related issues (such as Hyperemesis Gravidarium), as well as post-partum mental health. I help address the emotions tied to the issue(s), as well as underlying issues, bringing you to a place of emotional wholeness and wellness.
