Trauma and eating disorders can leave us feeling isolated and disconnected from who we truly are. They can make it hard to imagine a future beyond the pain of what we’ve been through. Over time, it’s easy to start believing that these struggles define us — but they don’t. You are more than what has happened to you, & healing is possible.
Recovery is not linear, and there’s no “right” place to begin. What matters is that you’re here, taking a step toward healing and reclaiming your authentic self. My goal is to provide a compassionate, grounded space where you can explore your experiences safely, and move toward wholeness & healing.
I specialize in trauma, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and eating disorder recovery. I also work with pregnancy-related concerns such as Hyperemesis Gravidarum and postpartum mental health. I help clients explore both the emotions tied to these experiences and the underlying issues, creating space for healing.
