I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques to help children, adolescents, as well as their families through difficult mental health situations. My focus is in anxiety, adjustment concerns, family struggles, ADHD, coping skills, and divorce. The treatment process is viewed from a collaborative as well as an individualized approach since everyone's input is valued and supported.
I work to create a space where you are free to express your thoughts and feelings. They will be met with openness and curiosity and used to facilitate understanding. Together, we will work to create an individualized treatment based on your goals. Sessions are often 45- 50 minutes and are typically scheduled weekly.
Every family and child is different and I value the individualized approach when assessing what works best for each client. Taking the first steps toward better mental health isn't easy and I'm here to support you every step of the way. It is my goal to create a caring, comfortable, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe.
