Thank you for taking the time to seek counseling for yourself or your family. I know it is not easy to seek help from someone you do not know. I have been told I have a direct approach to assist in getting through painful memories at a gentle pace. I believe old pains can be healed if allowed to be shared, explored, and understood. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
I work with individual adults, youth, or families to address issues such as anxiety, depression, school/job problems, and those who have experienced past traumatic events that continue to disrupt and interfere with getting life back to normal. I specialize in working with First Responders who struggle with repetitive job-related trauma.
I have worked with youth and adults who have had traumatic experiences, or adults with unresolved trauma from their life, for more than 20yrs. If you are struggling and would like to discuss it further, please reach out to me to begin your treatment.
