I meet with folks who feel stuck and are looking to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. My passion is working with folks to address their mental health symptoms by identifying specific goals to work towards. I have extensive experience in utilizing goal oriented modalities with a blend of psychodynamic therapy. Importantly, my primary mission is to work towards equity within the mental health sector. My focus is working with adults and older adults to improve their overall quality of life. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, hoarding disorder, mood disorders and psychosis. I offer telehealth for all individuals throughout California, and I offer in person sessions to any client's who live in the Los Angeles area.

I have an array of experience working with adults and older adults in a variety of ways. I began my career In NYC working with Older Adults facing eviction due to hoarding disorder. Since moving to Los Angeles, I've worked in Forensics as a therapist and a Clinical Supervisor for individuals with mental health disorders transitions out of the prison system.
