The psychotherapy I do is depth-oriented, offered in a safe and peaceful setting, where we can build your sense of inner peace. We will uncover your family legacy, as well as the maladaptive patterns you are living that underlie your suffering. Within that context, we will practice awareness of the present moment and unhook you from the influences of the past. We can work to improve your relationships, clarify your life goals and help you find a sense of ease and confidence in yourself. If you are depressed and/or anxious, we will find the ways to release you from emotional pain and move toward personal fulfillment.
In truth, it is as easy to live joyfully as it is to suffer! Our work will reveal the impediments to your living a peaceful and gratifying life. We will emphasize your strengths and get you out of the world of your troubling thoughts and into the moment. My 35+ years of experience as a therapist has shown me how to make genuine and life altering connections.
