About
Thank you for taking the time to seek counseling for yourself or your family. I know it is not an easy process to seek help from someone you do not know. I have been told I have a direct approach to assist in getting through painful memories at a gentle pace. I believe old pains can be healed if allowed to be shared and explored. I offer daytime, evening, and some Saturday appointments and use text alerts for appointment reminders. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.
I work with individual adults, youth, or families to address issues such as anxiety, depression, school/job problems, and those who have experienced traumatic events that interfere with getting life back to normal. I specialize working with First Responders who struggle with repetitive job-related trauma.
I have worked with youth and adults who have had traumatic experiences, or adults with unresolved trauma from their life for over 20yrs. If you are struggling and would like to discuss it further, please reach out to me to begin treatment.
